Gordian Holdings acquired the “Helix” portfolio from Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited in 2019 and the “Tide” portfolio in 2022 from Hellenic Bank Public Co Ltd. Gordian Holdings has entered into a servicing agreement with Gordian Servicing Limited, a Credit Servicer authorised by the Central Bank of Cyprus, for the servicing of all loans and credit claims, as well as real estate assets that Gordian Holdings acquired.
